Benefits of a Life Builders Ministry
For Men:

- Disciples men through smallgroups and directed courses such as LifeBuilders Essentials and Kingdom Calling.
- Equips and trains men for ministry by helping them discover and use their spiritual gifts
- Mobilizes men for work in the church by emphasizing that “everyone is a minister” and therefore a witness for Jesus Christ
- Enables men to experience spiritual renewal through group Bible study, interaction, development of an effective prayer life, and empowerment for witnessing through their own baptism in the Holy Spirit
- Provides men accountability and a sense of belonging through organized Christian fellowship with other men in the church and helps maintain their commitment to the church family
- Encourages men to be better husbands, fathers, providers and spiritual leaders as priests in the home and Christian workers and businessmen in the workplace
- Provides a definite purpose of mission and service through the discipleship courses and advancing into service to the world around them through Matthew 25 Men.
- Organizes prayer support for the pastor and vital ministries of the church.
For the Pastor:
- Helps the pastor not to feel alone in fulfilling the task of ministry by providing fellowship and support that will come in no other way
- Enables the pastor to share problems, ambitions and dreams with men and work together to make them a reality
- Provides able and wise leadership to help the pastor
- Joins men with the pastor in the work of ministry
- Provides prayer support through the Pastor’s Prayer Partners program
